2015 Scholarship Fundraiser at Savoy Opera House

for the 2015 Scholarship Fundraiser!


Put on your best boots and hat and join us at the Savoy Opera House for SME Tucson's Annual Scholarship Fundraising Party! There will be live music, cash bar, and scholarship awards to outstanding student in mining in at the UA!

DINNER RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be made using our our Eventbrite page. You can use the Sponsor Sign Up  Form to keep track of your attendees and dinner selections if you choose.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
Individual Dinner Ticket Cost: $50

Deadline is October 7, 2015.

Cost does not include bar drinks. Cash bar is available.

 

SPONSOR DINNER TICKETS
Tickets not reserved by Oct 7, 2015 will be donated to students. (Please see Walk-Ins).

If your organization would like to ensure a specific number of reservations; however, you do not have all of the names of your guests, please register them as follows:

Meal Selection: You must make this selection for them in advance

UNIVERSITY OF AZ STUDENT DISCOUNT TICKETS
This special rate is only available to students who meet BOTH the following criteria:
1) Currently enrolled at the University of Arizona
2) Are an active part of the SME Student Section.
(Please see Cancellations and No Shows Policy below).

 

UNIVERSITY OF AZ STUDENT GUEST TICKETS
Tickets for student guests must be purchased at the General Admission rate.
(Please see Cancellations and No Shows Policy below).

 

BADGES
All name badges will be printed with the information as provided on Eventbrite. Please be certain to utilize correct spelling. If the guest is utilizing a sponsor's complimentary dinner, their badge will recognize the sponsorship contribution of the organization and not the employer of the guest (should it be different than the sponsoring company).

 

WALK-INS
Walk-Ins cannot be accepted for this event. SME Tucson Section must place precise reservations including the total of how many entrée selections are required. This venue does not provide any degree of variance or “slack” for overages. If you have not registered by the deadline, please contact Kalyn Galvez to request to be put on a wait list for any cancellations.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
You must contact Kalyn Galvez 72 BUSINESS hours in advance to cancel. If you do not cancel your reservation by the deadline, SME Tucson Section is still required to pay in which case you will remain financially responsible for the full cost of your reservation.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS / PAID RESERVATION DONATIONS
Attendee substitutions may be made after Oct 7th; however, you may not change the original meal selection. This is often a better option than cancellation if the dinner has already been paid for. To make a substitution or donate a paid reservation when no one is able to attend, please contact Kalyn Galvez.
