Speaker: Alex Greenblatt, REI Drilling
Overview:
Alex will provide an overview of REI’s technology oriented approach and will highlight applications and projects relating to geologic exploration, highwall depressurization, particularly REI’s feature-focused de-watering approach, water transfer and pressure control, solution mining, de-stressing, and acid mine drainage. Logging while drilling, post-drilling geophysics, fracturing, multi-branch drilling and intermittent lining, and the interception of laterals and vertical wells will be emphasized. REI’s custom solutions are of interest to mines for sustainability as mining conditions become more challenging and reserves become increasingly more difficult to access.
