About the Speaker:
Jerry Bustamante is the Community Relations Manager for Hudbay Rosemont Copper and responsible for managing all community outreach activities. Jerry joined Hudbay shortly after it acquired the Rosemont Copper Project in August 2014. Jerry has over twenty years of professional business, management, and public relations experience where he spent the majority of his career as a Chamber of Commerce Executive. Jerry previously served as the President/CEO of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Pima County Chamber of Commerce and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he spend many years as a registered Lobbyist supporting pro-business issues, legislation and candidates at all levels of government. Originally from the state of Sonora, Mexico Jerry grew up in Tucson and is an Alumni of the University of Arizona.
