Hybrid Meeting: Join us for our next SME Tucson Hybrid Meeting! For those that want to join us in person, please go ahead and make your reservation. Hexagon has graciously allowed us to host this event at their office and is our venue/food/drink sponsor. Speaker: Treye Konrath, PE
About The Speaker: Treye Konrath graduated from the University of Arizona in 1998 with BS in Animal Science. He worked for a few years for Cargill in their Animal Feed Division before going back to school at New Mexico State University where he completed a second BS in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he worked at Grenier Engineering as a structural engineer. Working on commercial and industrial projects gave him exposure to the mining industry, where he eventually joined Freeport-McMoRan as Senior Engineer. Treye has worked extensively as project engineer, tailings engineer/superintendent and now as the Crusher Operations Superintendent at Freeport-McMoRan’s Safford site.
